Join us for a fun-filled day at Marilyn Bell Park on Toronto’s lakeshore at the GWN Tim Horton’s Dragonboat Challenge and help us fill our Dragonboat(s) with one, two or maybe even three boats full of participants and fundraisers to paddle in support of DEBRA Canada and families affected by Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB).
This festival is free for spectators, so bring the entire family! Your friends and family can cheer you on and enjoy all that the festival has to offer including: cultural expo, performance state, live music, marketplace: health & wellness village, beer gardens, food truck bazaar and more!
Date: Saturday, September 6, 2025 (deadline to register is July 31, 2025)
Time: 8:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. (You are guaranteed three (3) races throughout the day)
Location: Marilyn Bell Park (1095 Lakeshore BLVD W, Toronto, ON), at the GWN Tim Horton’ Dragonboat Challenge.
What to bring: Just yourself and a bottle of water and folding chair (optional)… All boats, paddles, and lifejackets are all provided. All participants will receive a Paddle for EB event T-shirt the day of the event.
How Can I Sign Up to Participate? -(Registration deadline is July 31, 2025)
Registration Option #1- Paddler/Fundraiser:
Create a DEBRA Paddle for EB Fundraising Page (and raise a minimum $150 in donations to your personal or corporate fundraising page), and you will automatically receive a complimentary seat on our DEBRA boat. By selecting this option, you will maximize our charity’s event fundraising potential. Click here to create your fundraising page. Registration #2 – Paddler payment (Non-Fundraiser Option)

What This Event Will Accomplish:

Ø Foster a sense of teamwork/team building- as we all paddle in unison to the finish line.

Ø Raise awareness for DEBRA Canada, EB and our supporters - All participants and the public (spectators) can visit the DEBRA Canada charity booth and learn more about EB, DEBRA Canada and our passionate corporate and individual supporters.
